The Opportunity That Awaits You:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Manager, Commercial Analytics to lead and scale our commercial analytics function. In this role, you will guide a newly formed team in leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence to shape go-to-market strategies, optimize revenue performance, and drive executive decision-making. You’ll serve as a key thought partner to sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership—translating insights into action across the commercial organization.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:
- Build and rapidly scale the commercial analytics function to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth organization—establishing the foundational infrastructure, tools, and processes needed to deliver high-impact insights across the organization.
- Create a strategic roadmap for commercial analytics that aligns with business goals and evolves with the needs of sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
- Create and operationalize scalable dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting cadences that enable real-time visibility into performance across sales, marketing, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop agile analytics processes that support fast decision-making, from pipeline diagnostics and territory planning to campaign optimization and pricing strategy.
- Develop and institutionalize scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance monitoring tools to ensure consistent visibility into key commercial KPIs.
- Lead the design and deployment of predictive models and forecasting tools to inform revenue planning, customer lifetime value analysis, and territory optimization.
- Establish core methodologies for marketing attribution, ROI measurement, and campaign performance—building a centralized capability for marketing analytics and investment planning.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to embed analytics into decision-making processes, fostering a culture of data-driven execution across commercial functions.
- Build and manage data pipelines and governance processes across CRM, ERP, and external data sources to support high-quality, scalable analysis.
- Operationalize the use of AI and machine learning to enhance segmentation, churn prediction, and sales enablement strategies.
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team while instilling best practices in project management, analytical rigor, and stakeholder engagement.
- Deliver executive-level insights through compelling data storytelling, while championing a strategic analytics mindset across the commercial organization.
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, commercial strategy, or marketing/sales analytics, with 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and experience building and managing executive dashboards.
- Strong analytical toolkit including Python or R, with hands-on experience in forecasting, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
- Deep expertise in commercial KPIs, sales funnel analytics, and marketing performance measurement.
- Demonstrated success in partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing business decisions at the executive level.
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo), and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills—able to distill complex analysis into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Experience in leading marketing attribution and optimization initiatives is highly desirable.
The Qualifications We Like You to Possess:
- Medical Device/ Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
