What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams supported by the Shared Services quality organization to identify data needs, track KPIs, and drive business initiatives with data-driven insights.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain interactive dashboards and operational reports to track quality and process efficiency metrics across Shared Services teams.
  • Lead data analyses of quality events to uncover root causes, monitor trends, and support continuous improvement projects.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests from internal stakeholders, providing actionable analysis to guide strategic and operational decisions.
  • Extract, transform, and prepare data from multiple systems, including ERP, MES, eQMS, and inspection platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and readiness for reporting and analysis.
  • Works collaboratively across teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and executive leadership priorities.
  • Communicate analytical insights through clear storytelling and compelling visualizations, and effectively translating complex analyses to business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and commitment to timely delivery, with a focus on customer needs, data accuracy, integrity, and high-quality analytical output.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities for data workflow automation and improved documentation practices across regulatory and quality functions.
  • Contribute across the full data analytics lifecycle—including data collection, preparation, analysis, dashboard/model development, and deployment.

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a data analysis, quality analytics, or business intelligence role—preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets across multiple systems.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, with a demonstrated ability to build performance dashboards tailored for cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as pivot tables and data visualization tools for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.

The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess:

  • Proficiency in Python, R, or a similar statistical programming language for advanced data analysis, modeling, and automation tasks.
  • Experience with AI/ML modeling techniques, particularly in natural language processing (NLP) or large language models (LLMs), to develop predictive insights from unstructured data.
  • Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or broader healthcare industry.
