INflow Federal is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our team! Are you passionate about engineering cutting-edge solutions and optimizing system performance? INflow is looking for dedicated Engineers to join our dynamic team, where you'll have the opportunity to design, deploy, and support advanced technologies. You will play a critical role in driving innovation and ensuring robust, secure infrastructure for our customer. We are looking for a seasoned Cloud Engineer to join our Operations, Infrastructure, and Support Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the tools and infrastructure that enable automation of cloud infrastructure deployment, release, and upgrade processes. You will also develop automated pipelines for cloud environments and provide expert guidance to application and infrastructure teams on best practices for build, test, and release automation. Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, write and deliver Infrastructure as Code software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of the cloud environment
- Develop jobs for the deployment of various artifacts that support a continuous security updated environment
- Participate in design and architecture discussions and build environments using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible
- Automate repetitive tasks to eliminate toil and drive consistency + repeatability
- Actively participate in incident response and root-cause analysis, support a blameless post-mortems culture
Required Skills
- Bachelors Degree (at a minimum) with 5+ years of experience
- Experience working with appropriate scripting languages and operating systems software (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform or equivalent configuration management tools
- Should have flexibility in approach to finding solutions, ability to understand and act on the customer needs and priorities, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong team building skills that enable collaboration and coordination within and across teams and functions
- Ability to automate menial tasks with an emphasis on security
