Job Description:

About the Role

Our Product Design team is committed to providing our professionals with an integrated platform and tools to build their businesses. We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary Product Designer to join our close-knit design team. We iterate fast, design with data, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and wants to have an immediate impact on a great product.

What You’ll Do

  • Design scalable concepts – Work across platforms and content types, thinking in solutions that thoughtfully balance customer needs with business goals. You’ll contribute to features, layouts, and components that grow with our product.
  • Focus on end-to-end details – Participate in every stage of the design process, from rough ideas to polished implementation. You’ll help shape user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and QA-ready specs.
  • Balance consistency with creativity – Stay aligned with our design system while looking for thoughtful ways to push it forward. You’ll learn when to follow patterns and when to propose new ones.
  • Collaborate across teams – Partner closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to create thoughtful experiences. You’ll participate in reviews, share feedback, and learn how to navigate trade-offs.

At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have

  • Applied product design experience – You’ve worked on real-world product challenges through internships, contract roles, or early-career positions, contributing to the design of user experiences that address meaningful problems.
  • Clear communication skills – You can explain your thinking, present your work, and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Self-starting mindset – You take ownership of your work and look for ways to add value beyond your core tasks.
  • Strong design fundamentals – You understand user-centered design principles and have an eye for interaction patterns.

Ideally, You'll Also Have

  • A growth mindset – You’re eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to develop your skills on the job.
  • Interest in design systems – You’re curious about how components and guidelines create consistency at scale.
  • Analytical curiosity – You’re interested in how design decisions impact user behavior and product outcomes.
  • Exposure to user research – You’ve participated in user interviews or usability tests and used insights to improve your designs.
