We’re looking for a technically savvy and solutions-driven IT professional to join our Los Angeles office in a hands-on role that blends core systems support with forward-looking AI integration. As part of our Technology team, you’ll ensure secure and seamless infrastructure operations—supporting everything from system configuration, user access, and cybersecurity to helping cross-functional teams deploy and adopt AI tools responsibly and effectively. You'll be instrumental in troubleshooting and automating workflows, maintaining compliance, and enabling a high-performing, AI-ready workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Providing technical assistance to users regarding system access, troubleshooting issues, and answering questions.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting, implementing, integrating, and automating artificial intelligence technologies across systems and platforms.
- Diagnosing AI-related system issues, deploying AI tools, and streamlining workflows using intelligent automation.

User Access & Identity Management
- Managing user access controls, performing access reviews, and conducting security permission assessments.
- Creating, managing, and maintaining user accounts with appropriate access levels and security permissions.

Systems Installation, Configuration & Maintenance
- Providing assistance with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, AI-related systems, and network devices.
- Applying software updates and patches to systems to address vulnerabilities and maintain compatibility.
- Conducting preliminary risk assessments, implementing security updates to patch against vulnerabilities, and executing flaw remediations to provide fix against potential threats.

Security Monitoring & Risk Management
- Actively monitoring security dashboards, identifying issues, and troubleshooting problems related to vulnerabilities, threats, and cybersecurity incidents or data breaches.
- Supporting flaw remediation to address potential threats.
- Evaluating AI performance and conducting risk assessments related to AI tools and systems.

Data Protection & Recovery
- Assisting with data backup and recovery testing to ensure data integrity and recoverability in case of emergencies.

AI Enablement & Cross-Functional Support
- Enabling cross-functional teams to adopt AI through targeted training, suitability assessments, and best-fit evaluations.
- Promoting responsible and scalable AI integration strategies.

Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Core Skills, Competencies & Attributes
Skills
- IT Systems & Network Administration: Proficient in configuring, maintaining, and securing systems, operating environments, and network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
- Identity, Access & Device Management: Skilled in IAM platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, OKTA), mobile device management (Intune, Jamf), and endpoint security tools (antivirus, anti-malware, password managers).
- Cloud & Cybersecurity: Familiar with security controls across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, including technologies such as DLP, CASB, ZTNA, CIEM, CWP, CNAPP.
- AI Tool Integration & Support: Experience implementing, troubleshooting, and enabling adoption of AI and automation tools, with understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle and model risk.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Windows and macOS, system administration tools, server management, networking protocols, backup/restoration systems, and collaboration platforms (e.g., M365, Zoom Rooms, VoIP).

- Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Adept at diagnosing and resolving issues across software, hardware, user access, networks, and AI tools.
- System Administration & Security Compliance: Experienced in patching, monitoring, backup, access controls, and maintaining secure IT environments.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration roles with exposure to cybersecurity principles.
- Proficiency in IAM and device management platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, OKTA, Intune, Jamf).
- Familiarity with endpoint protection, secret management (e.g., 1Password), patch management, and system backup tools.
- Hands-on experience with both Windows and macOS environments.
- Working knowledge of AI and automation tools, including evaluating performance, managing risk, and supporting team enablement.
- Comfort with collaboration technologies (e.g., Zoom Rooms, M365, VoIP).
- Self-driven, curious, and capable of learning and adapting with minimal supervision.

This position pays between $75,000 - $90,000 base salary + bonus. Your final base salary will be determined based on location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Los Angeles HQ, Monday through Friday.
