We seek a highly motivated individual to work with engineering teams to develop functional test solutions for HVAC controls and thermostats. The ideal candidate is passionate about HVAC controls as the technology evolves and offerings expand.

Responsibilities

• Establish an automated test environment for HVAC controls.
• Create and verify tests for HVAC embedded firmware.
• Support firmware development activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of experience with programming environments.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation (Perl, Python) is advantageous.
• Experience in consumer electronics development, especially HVAC controls, thermostats, and sensors, is beneficial.
• Able to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills required.

Education

Working towards a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related.
